A digital product, no matter if messenger, booking platform or productivity helper, is an enormous task. You need more than just good code and an idea. You've got to have business plans, design, testing, project management and so much more. So much in fact that we could fill a whole lecture with giving an introduction to the topic. So we did that.
In this workshop we'll give you an overview of the key steps in digital product development. You'll get best practices from many areas, we'll show you the most common pitfalls, and we'll address your open questions about the topic. More specifically, it's about:
For whom is the workshop?
For start-ups and veteran decision makers alike. In short: For everyone who has a digital product on their to-do list. No special knowledge in the field is required, but a solid idea for a digital product can't hurt. This allows you to apply what you have learned even faster.
Who will hold the workshop?
Christian Haintz, our CTO. He's been writing code for over 20 years, co-founded several startups and developed products that are used in over 100 countries. Sharing his insights is not uncharted territory for him. He has experience at universities and as a mentor and advises companies on digitisation projects.
